Review: The LG 47LW5600 brings eye-popping 3D to an affordable cost turn using pacifist eyeglasses technology.

A new era of less-expensive 3D HDTVs has only strike the market. Are they value the lowered cost of admission?

On the surface, the 47-inch LG 47LW5600 is only a of a sea of black-edged prosaic panel HDTVs, but it does have a good unclouded edging. The shade is framed by a sincerely far-reaching black bezel, so it doesn’t have that “floating mirror of glass” look of higher-priced sets; still the on the whole pattern is more than acceptable. Along the descend bezel is the 3D emitter, hold buttons for controls you’ll never use, together with remote manage and smart vehicle light sensors. There are down-firing stereo speakers at the bottom of the panel rated 10 watts apiece, but it lacks the subwoofer you can find in more costly models. As always, any big-screen prosaic panel deserves a sound club at the really smallest in our book.
